Before you book

Why do I answer questions before booking?

The quick fit check makes sure a discovery call is the right next step for your situation. It takes about a minute, and it means Nadia comes to your call already knowing your business basics.

Why is the discovery call paid?

Because it is a real working session with a CPA, not a screening call. The $125 is collected at booking and credited toward your consultation, so exploring the fit does not cost you extra.

What should I have ready?

Come ready to talk about your business structure and income, your current tax situation, and your goals. If you have a recent profit and loss statement or last year’s return handy, even better, but neither is required.

Is everything virtual?

Yes. The call happens on Zoom, and your link arrives automatically with your confirmation email. We work with business owners across Texas and remotely in other states, in English or Spanish.

What if we are not a fit?

Then you still leave with a clear read on your tax situation and the next steps Nadia recommends, whether that is with our firm or not.
